Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (UTC+8) will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive an email notification with courier tracking number when your order is dispatched. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

ANTEPRIMA has a 14 days return policy: make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order, and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your RMA number.
